By choosing whole foods in their natural state, you can fuel your body with the nutrients it needs to thrive, without counting calories or following strict meal plans. You take home practical tips and resources to make the transition to healthier eating habits easier.

During this talk, I'll delve into the science behind whole foods and their powerful impact on health. You'll learn how nutrient-dense foods can boost energy levels, support weight management, and reduce the risk of chronic diseases, all while enjoying delicious and satisfying meals. Say goodbye to yo-yo dieting and embrace a sustainable approach to eating that nourishes your body, mind, and soul.

Join Ella for 4 x 45 minute classes for you and your 3-4 year old. Enjoy stories and games that allow you both to move your bodies, stretch and have fun together. 

Practicing mindfulness and yoga along the way - the class is aimed at 3-4 year olds and their adult.

£35 for 4 classes.
